See if you can view a conflict as a puzzle, an intrigue, an investigation into both your, and the other’s, issue.

Try to prepare now; in the midst of conflict, it’s hard to remember how to shift your angle of view. See if you can be curious instead of stirred-up; that way, you can start practicing now.

The main idea: this conflict can be a welcome teacher.
